What print fulfillment covers

Storage of Printed Inventory

We hold your finished print so you can order at the quantity that prices best without filling a storeroom with pallets. You buy the run once, we keep it, and it ships when you need it.

That matters because print economics reward volume. Setup, plates and make ready are spread across the run, so a larger quantity almost always lowers the unit price. Fulfillment is what lets you take that price without taking the pallets, the shelving or the shrinkage.

Stock is tracked by item so you can see what is left before you commit to a reprint, rather than discovering it during a campaign.

Pick, Pack and Ship

Orders are pulled, packed and shipped from our facility, to your locations, to your customers, or a mix of both. Mail drops and parcel shipping are both handled here through delivery and shipping.

Releasing stock in stages is usually the point. A campaign can drop in waves against a schedule instead of arriving all at once, which keeps the message timed and avoids a rush print charge every time a location runs low.

Because the printer and the warehouse are the same company, nobody is handing your job between a press, a storage unit and a shipper, and there is one number to call when something is late.

Kitting and Assembly

Multi-piece programs get assembled here rather than by your staff: welcome packets, admissions kits, dealer kits, onboarding folders and point-of-sale sets that combine several printed items with inserts into one shippable unit.

Kits often mix printed pieces with items sourced elsewhere. Send those in and we will assemble, wrap and ship the finished unit, so the branded and the bought-in components arrive as one thing.

Shrink wrapping, banding and poly bagging are handled in house, and the printed components come off our own presses, which keeps colour consistent across the whole kit.

Why print fulfillment usually costs less than doing it yourself

Print economics reward volume

Setup, plates, and make ready are spread across the run, so a larger quantity almost always lowers the unit price. Fulfillment is what lets you take that price without taking the pallets.

One vendor instead of three

When the printer also warehouses and ships, nobody is handing your job between a press, a storage unit, and a shipper. Fewer handoffs means fewer things to chase.

Your staff stop packing boxes

Assembly and shipping are labor that rarely belongs in a marketing or admissions office. Moving it here is usually the quietest cost saving in the whole program.

Programs this suits

Multi location and franchise

Brand consistent print produced once and released to each location as needed, so no branch is printing its own version.

Schools and admissions teams

Admissions kits assembled, stored, and mailed on the enrollment calendar. We cover this in detail in our admissions kits guide.

Retail and product companies

Packaging and point of sale material stored and released to stores or to a pack line. Pairs with our custom packaging and folding cartons.

Ongoing mail programs

Mailers held and dropped in waves rather than all at once, which works alongside direct mail and EDDM.

Tell us the quantity, size, stock and deadline and we will quote it. Request a quote or call (504) 524-8248.

Print fulfillment questions

What is print fulfillment?

Print fulfillment is storing printed material and shipping it out as orders come in, instead of delivering the whole run to you at once. It normally covers warehousing, pick and pack, kitting, and shipping, and it lets you print at an efficient quantity without storing the inventory yourself.

How is fulfillment different from warehousing?

Warehousing is the storage. Fulfillment is the activity around it: pulling stock, assembling kits, packing, and shipping. Most programs need both, which is why we run them together rather than as separate services.

Can you assemble kits with items we did not print with you?

Yes. Kits often mix printed pieces with items sourced elsewhere. Send them here and we will assemble, wrap, and ship the finished unit.

How long can you store our print?

Storage runs for the length of the program rather than a fixed term. Tell us the volume and how long you expect to draw it down and we will quote the storage alongside the print.

Do you ship directly to our customers or locations?

Yes. We ship to your locations, your customers, or a mix of both, and we can handle mail drops as well as parcel shipping through our delivery and shipping service.

How do we reorder or release stock?

You tell us what to release and when. Programs on a fixed calendar can be scheduled in advance, and ad hoc releases are handled as they come in.
